Encountering an error after logging in with Safari browser

A couple of instances have been reported where merchants using the Safari browser have encountered an error when logging in to Pre-order Now.

The first thing to do to troubleshoot the issue is to clear your cache in your browser:

  1. Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data.

  2. Tap Remove All Website Data.

If clearing the browser cache doesn't work please check the list below:

1. Disable Safari Extensions:

  • Some Safari extensions can interfere with website functionality. Disable extensions to see if they are causing the issue.

  • Go to Safari > Preferences > Extensions and disable all extensions.

2. Update Safari:

  • Ensure that your Safari browser is up to date. You can check for updates in the App Store.

3. Try Private Browsing:

  • Open a new Private Window in Safari (File > New Private Window) and try accessing your Shopify store.
