Encountering an Error After Logging In with Safari Browser

Some merchants using Safari have reported encountering an error when logging in to PreOrder Now.

To troubleshoot the issue, try the following steps:

1. Clear Your Cache

  • Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data.

  • Tap Remove All Website Data.

2. Disable Safari Extensions

Some Safari extensions may interfere with website functionality. To check, disable all extensions:

  1. Go to Safari > Preferences > Extensions.

  2. Disable all extensions.

3. Update Safari

Ensure your Safari browser is up to date. You can check for updates in the App Store.

4. Try Private Browsing

  • Open a new Private Window in Safari by selecting File > New Private Window and try accessing your Shopify store.
