Step 1: Refresh the page
Reload the app page and try opening it again.
A temporary loading issue can sometimes be fixed with a simple refresh.
Step 2: Open the app in an incognito or private window
This helps check whether the issue is being caused by cached files, cookies, or browser extensions.
If the app works in incognito, the issue is likely browser-related.
Step 3: Try a different browser
Open the app in another browser.
If it works there, the problem is likely tied to your current browser setup rather than the app itself.
Step 4: Disable browser extensions
Temporarily disable extensions like:
ad blockers
privacy tools
script blockers
These can sometimes interfere with Shopify apps loading correctly.
Step 5: Log out of Shopify and log back in
This can refresh your Shopify admin session and resolve temporary loading issues.

the exact page where the issue happens
whether it also happens in incognito or private browsing
whether you tested another browser
the approximate time you saw the issue
