PreOrder Now is designed to work on the Shopify Online Store sales channel only.
This means preorder buttons, messaging, and functionality will appear on your main Shopify storefront, but they will not appear on other sales channels.
Supported Sales Channel
PreOrder Now works on:
Online Store (your main Shopify website)
This is where the app can inject the preorder button, messaging, and cart behavior.
Unsupported Sales Channels
PreOrder Now does not currently support the following channels:
Shop App (shop.app)
Shopify POS
Facebook Shop
Instagram Shop
Other external sales channels
These channels are controlled directly by Shopify and do not allow apps like PreOrder Now to modify the product page or add custom preorder buttons.
