The Pickup Monitor includes charts that break down your pickup data and compare it against your selected benchmark.
What dates were booked?
After selecting the booking date range at the top of the Pickup Monitor, this chart shows exactly which stay dates were booked during that period, so you can see not just how many bookings came in, but precisely which nights guests will be staying.
Each rectangle represents a single day. Together they reveal where new demand is falling across your calendar. For each month, you can see:
The OTB revenue for a specific day, by hovering over any rectangle
Total revenue generated by bookings for that stay month
Pickup occupancy: the occupancy lift driven by those new bookings
Toggles:
Check-in date / Room nights: view demand by when guests arrive, or spread across every night of their stay
Bookings / $: switch between number of bookings and their revenue value
What does my on-the-books picture look like?
This chart shows your total On-The-Books reservations for the coming months, broken down by stay date. Each rectangle represents a single day, with color intensity showing how booked up that day is — the darker the green, the higher the demand.
For each month, you can see:
Total bookings and total OTB revenue for that stay month
Occupancy: the percentage of rooms already filled for that month
Hover any rectangle to see the exact OTB revenue or occupancy for that specific day, depending on the active toggle
Toggles:
6 months / 12 months: choose how far ahead you want to look
Check-in date / Room nights: view demand by when guests arrive, or spread across every night of their stay
Occupancy / $: switch between occupancy percentage and OTB revenue per day
How far in advance are guests booking?
This chart shows how far in advance guests booked during the selected period, helping you understand your lead time patterns.
This Booking Window view can also be accessed directly from Reports > Booking Window.
How do ADR, length of stay, and cancellations vary by booking window?
This chart breaks down three key metrics across the same booking window ranges shown above:
Average Daily Rate: the average daily rate for bookings made within each booking window
Average Length of Stay: the average number of nights booked per window
Cancellation rate: the share of bookings that were cancelled per window
