Done in one click — and you know when. A calendar where you can read even the shortest record. And an email that watches changes to your work for you. See what 2.1.7 brings.
Release date: 8 Jul 2026
Version: 2.1.7
1. Tasks & Projects
✅ Conclude a task or project in one click
Marking work as concluded now takes a single click — and primaTime records when it happened.
How it works:
For tasks:
Set as concluded is everywhere — a button in the To-Do List and on the task detail, and a right-click on the task card on the board, in the calendar, or in the task table
The Concluded date is saved and shown on the task detail, on the board card (on hover over the status), and as a new (filterable and sortable) column in tables
For projects:
Conclude a project with a right-click in the projects table; the Concluded date appears as a new (filterable and sortable) column
What you get: No more clicking through statuses — conclude work in one click and keep the conclusion date in plain sight wherever you need it.
Where to find it: To-Do List or task detail → Set as concluded (for tasks also by right-click on the board, in the calendar, and in the table; for projects in the projects table); the Concluded date column in task and project tables
2. Time Tracking
🕔 Clearer time records in the calendar
You now choose how time records appear on the calendar timeline — roomy by row, or compact on a single line.
How it works:
Choose Standard (the current view — each detail on its own row with an icon) or Compact (client, project, task, and more one after another on a single line, separated by •)
Details are written out in full and aren't truncated, even on short records
What you get: Even on a short record you'll see what it's about — and you pick the compact or standard view to suit you.
Where to find it: Settings → Time tracking → Personal → Timeline event view (Standard / Compact)
3. Notifications
📬 An email about changes to your work
A summary email tells you about changes to tasks that are assigned to you or that you own — and shows exactly what changed.
How it works:
It arrives as a summary — several changes come together in one email, not one by one
It covers tasks assigned to you and tasks you own
For each change you see the field and its previous and new value (status, priority, assignee, dates, budget, description…), who made it and when
What you get: Stay on top of changes to your work by email, without having to watch the app.
Where to find it: Your email inbox; turn it on or off in Settings → Personal → Notifications → Task updates
