Who is Forte?

If you currently process credit cards, take ACH payments, or pay vendors/employees via direct deposit, you may occasionally encounter issues with these services. These services are all provided in partnership with our merchant provider, Forte.

While AccountEdge Technical Support is able to help troubleshoot issues within your software, issues with direct deposit and payment processing would require you to contact Forte directly.

Common Forte Issues

You would want to contact Forte directly for questions or issues like those described below:

  • If you want to change the company name as it appears on your customer's credit card or banking statements.

  • You receive error codes when attempting to process a payment.

  • You need to increase the limit for your monthly transactions.
