Changing Credit Cards in AccountEdge Connect

How to swap your credit card for payment in AccountEdge Connect if it has not been deactivated

If your AccountEdge Connect account is not expired, but you need to update your credit card on file, you can do so by following the instructions below:

Managing the payment method for your AccountEdge Connect subscription ensures that your payments are processed seamlessly, avoiding interruptions in your service.

1. Log into your AccountEdge Connect account with your username and password. You can do so using the button below.

2. Navigate within the Connect application to the My Account tab at the top of the screen, and select it.

3. Under the My Account settings, on the left-hand ribbon, select the Payment Method option, as shown below.

4. From the Payment Method screen, you can either update your expiration date/name, or add a new credit card, as shown below.

5. Select the option that best suits the credit card change you are trying to do, and enter information for all relevant fields.

6. Your AccountEdge Connect credit card will update when you confirm the changes.
