If you wish to close your Prive account or request deletion of your data, you can do so by submitting a formal request.
How to submit a closure and personal data deletion request
Send an email to support@prive.life from your registered email address. This is required to verify your identity and confirm you are the legitimate account holder.
Include the following in your email:
Your full registered name
Your registered email address
Whether you are requesting account closure only, or full data deletion under applicable privacy regulations
How to close your account in the Prive app
Tap on the profile tab on the Prive app
Tap on the settings settings icon
Scroll down to the close your account
Tap on the close your account option
Follow the instructions and confirm the agreement to close your account
