How to verify your identity
Open the Prive app.
Follow the prompts to begin identity verification.
Select your country and the supported document type.
Upload a clear photo of your original government-issued identity document.
Complete the selfie verification when prompted.
Submit your verification for review.
You'll receive a notification once your verification has been completed or if additional information is required.
Tips for a successful verification
Upload the original document, not a screenshot, scanned copy, or photocopy.
Ensure all four corners of the document are visible.
Take photos in a well-lit environment.
Make sure the document is clear, readable, and not blurred.
Ensure that the information you enter matches your document exactly.
Please complete the selfie yourself, ensuring that you remove sunglasses, hats, or anything else that covers your face.
