How to Register on the new Kandua App

  1. Click on the blue Create an Account button

  2. Enter the OTP that is received via SMS and click blue Continue button

  3. See Terms & Policy pop up and click on the blue I agree button

  4. You are logged into your account, continue by clicking on the blue Start Your Application button

  5. Fill in your Basic Information (first name, last name, preferred name, email address, nationality, ID type and number) and click blue Next button

  6. Do You Have A Business? (Select the appropriate option and click the blue Next button)

    1. Yes, I have a registered company

      1. Fill in your company details (Name, logo, call-out fee, company description) then click the blue Next button

      2. Registration Details (number) and select if your business is VAT registered (number) then click the blue Save and Continue button

    2. Yes, but it’s not registered

    3. No, I work on my own

  7. Once you have completed your Basic Information, you will be directed to a screen that says “Let’s Complete Your Profile”

  8. Click on the blue Start Services & Work Areas button

  9. Read through the What Work Do You Do page and click on the blue Continue to main services button

  10. Choose Your Main Services

    1. Pick the main services that best describe your work and then click on the blue Next button

  11. Review And Add The Specific Services You Do

    1. Click on the Add next to each service and further select the services you provide.

    2. Once you have done that, click on the blue Done button

    3. Ensure you do that for all the services selected

    4. After you have finished with your services, click on the blue Next: Select Work Areas button

  12. Where Do You Work?

    1. Click on which Province/s you work in

    2. Then select which region in that province

    3. Once you have done that, click on the blue Done button

    4. After selecting all the provinces and regions, click on the blue Save and Continue button

  13. Verifications

    1. Click on the blue Start Verifications button

    2. Click on blue Verify your identity button

      1. Upload A Selfie and click on the blue Next button

      2. Upload your ID document and criminal check document, click on the blue Submit for Verification button

      3. Click on the button to review services and click on upload certifications button

      4. Tap to upload necessary documents and check the “this document belongs to me or my team. I take responsibility for the work” boxes

      5. Once you have completed uploading the necessary documents, click on the blue Submit certifications button

      6. Click on the blue Add and verify your bank info button

      7. Fill in all the necessary details (Bank, Account holder, Account number, Branch code, account type) and click on the blue Next button

      8. Upload your bank confirmation letter and proof of address and click on the blue Submit for Verification button

  14. Once you have completed all the steps, you will get the screen that says “You’re All Set - We’re Just Wrapping Things Up!”

    1. Click on the blue Go to Dashboard button

    2. You will see that there is a blue See verification status button - we will let you know once we have vetted your documents and you’re able to start receiving jobs!
