What documents are required before job closure?
The following are required before a claim can close:
Completion photos
Kandua Client Sign-Off (Kandua CoC)
Geyser CoC (where applicable)
Missing documents may delay payment.
When is a Geyser CoC required?
A Geyser Certificate of Compliance is required when:
A geyser is installed
A geyser is replaced
The certificate must be uploaded before the claim can be completed.
What is the Kandua Client Sign-Off?
The Kandua Client Sign-Off confirms:
Work has been completed
The clients accepts the repair
The claim can be closed
This document is mandatory.
What if I forgot to upload documents?
The claim cannot close until all required documents are uploaded.
