Overview
Most sections of ProgressionLIVE display your data in table format. Each row corresponds to an entry (e.g., a task or a customer), and each column corresponds to a specific piece of information.
You can reorganize, filter, and customize these columns to suit your needs.
Reorganizing columns
Drag and drop: Drag a column to change its display order.
Add or remove columns: Hover over a column, then click the arrow that appears on the right side of the column header to access the list of available columns.
Checked columns: visible in the table.
Unchecked columns: hidden.
Newly added columns will appear after the existing ones.
Tip: Once your columns are in the desired order, save your preferences to keep your changes.
Sorting data
Column headers can be clicked to sort data:
One click: ascending sort.
Two clicks: descending sort.
When your cursor hovers over a header, an arrow appears on the right — click it to display more options.
Note: Ascending sort and Descending sort are the two available sort modes and alternate automatically with each click.
Filtering data
The Filter field lets you restrict the data displayed based on the criteria you enter.
If a filter is applied to a column, the header name appears in bold italic.
To disable a filter:
Click Filter to uncheck it,
or clear the text in the search field.
You can apply multiple filters simultaneously across different columns.
Example: Display only active equipment or customers from a specific area.
Available columns
In certain sections (e.g., Equipment), several columns are available by default.
Property groups (such as Details, Address, etc.) are identified by a right-pointing arrow that you can expand to see more options.
Tip: The top part of the column menu contains general settings, which may vary depending on the section (Customers, Tasks, Products, etc.).
Saving your preferences
Once your columns are configured:
Click the gear icon in the top right.
Select Save Preferences.
This allows ProgressionLIVE to remember your column order and selection.
If you do not save, your changes will be lost the next time the page is refreshed.
Important: Column preferences are specific to each section and each user.
