Overview
ProgressionLIVE allows you to add multilingual lists to various entities.
These lists can be edited by an administrator to add, remove, or import multiple options.
Note: This article covers only the modification of existing lists. To add a new list-type field to your account, refer to the dedicated documentation (insert link).
Accessing Multilingual Lists
Go to the Configuration menu.
Open the Multilingual Lists section.
Note: Some accounts may also display a Lists option. This is a legacy version that is no longer used.
In the list displayed:
Each row represents a list used in various fields within ProgressionLIVE.
Double-click a row to open the configuration window for that list.
List Structure
Name
The display name of the list in ProgressionLIVE.
Options (Lower Section)
Each option contains:
Name (French / English / Spanish) — The label displayed based on the application's language.
Value — The internal value used by the ProgressionLIVE system.
Important: If a name is not defined for a language, the programmatic value will be displayed until a translated name is added.
Adding an Option to a List
Double-click the list you want to modify.
Click Add (bottom-left corner).
Complete the following fields:
Name (in at least one language)
Value
Click Save.
Refresh your browser and ask mobile users to log out and log back in to apply the update.
Removing an Option from a List
Double-click the list you want to modify.
Select the option you want to remove.
Click Delete (bottom-left corner).
Click Save.
Refresh your browser and ask mobile users to log out and log back in.
Adding Multiple Options (Import)
Click Import.
Enter one option per line, separated by a comma.
Example:
French Option Name, Value
Click OK in the import window.
If an error occurs, a message will indicate the line that needs to be corrected.
Click Save.
Refresh your browser and ask mobile users to log out and log back in.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Why is a value displayed in English or Spanish instead of French?
The French Name field has not been completed. Add the French name in the list configuration.
Do I need to restart ProgressionLIVE after making changes?
No, however:
Refreshing the browser is recommended.
Mobile users must log out and log back in.
Can I add a completely new list?
Yes, but this requires creating a new list-type field. Refer to the related documentation.
