ValPay Merchant Portal

Access and manage your payments, transactions, and ValPay Unified reports in connection with the ProgressionLIVE payment module.

The ValPay Unified portal allows merchants using the ProgressionLIVE payment module to view and manage all their payment activity: transactions, deposits, users, reports, and support — all from a centralized interface.

How to use the ValPay portal

Accessing the ValPay portal

  1. Open your web browser

  2. Log in with your ValPay credentials

Note: This portal is the main interface for viewing all your payment data.


Home / Dashboard

The Home / Dashboard section provides an overview of your business performance.

  • Global view of recent sales and transactions

  • Totals by store and sales by period

  • Filters to select the period and store

  • Key KPIs accessible at a glance

  • Sales charts by date and a preview of recent transactions

Tip: Use the Dashboard to quickly identify sales trends and track your stores' performance.


Payments

Access this section via the Payments menu. This section lets you view, filter, and manage all transactions.

Available filters

  • Date or period (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Custom range)

  • Source (Mail Order / Telephone Order, Card on File)

  • Store (all or specific)

  • Payment method (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.)

  • Status (Sales, Refunds, Voids, Chargebacks)

Available actions

  • Search by Transaction ID or last card digits

  • Refund or cancel a transaction

  • Download the receipt

  • View transaction fees once the payment is settled

  • Export filtered results as CSV or Excel, sent by email

Important: Transaction fees are only visible once the payment is fully completed.


Virtual Terminal

The virtual terminal allows you to manually enter card payments.

  • Accessible based on user permissions

  • Useful for offline payments or specific situations

  • Key feature for manual operations

Pro tip: Limit access to the virtual terminal to authorized users to reduce the risk of errors or fraud.


Deposits

Access this section via the Deposits menu.

  • View all deposits made to your account

  • Filter by period

  • Export data for accounting reconciliation


Settings / User Management

The Settings / User Management section lets you manage portal users.

Key functions:

  • Add or remove users

  • Assign roles and permissions

  • Control access to different sections of the portal

Tip: Assign only the necessary permissions to each user for better security.

ValPay provides a comprehensive Help Center to support merchants. You will find:

  • Articles on transactions, deposits, and financial statements

  • Information on chargebacks

  • Solutions to common issues

Option 1: From the ValPay portal Once logged in to the portal (reporting.valpay.com), a link to the help center is available in the interface.
