Payments
Access this section via the Payments menu. This section lets you view, filter, and manage all transactions.
Available filters
Date or period (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Custom range)
Source (Mail Order / Telephone Order, Card on File)
Store (all or specific)
Payment method (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.)
Status (Sales, Refunds, Voids, Chargebacks)
Available actions
Search by Transaction ID or last card digits
Refund or cancel a transaction
Download the receipt
View transaction fees once the payment is settled
Export filtered results as CSV or Excel, sent by email
Important: Transaction fees are only visible once the payment is fully completed.
Virtual Terminal
The virtual terminal allows you to manually enter card payments.
Accessible based on user permissions
Useful for offline payments or specific situations
Key feature for manual operations
Pro tip: Limit access to the virtual terminal to authorized users to reduce the risk of errors or fraud.
