Virtual Terminal — Valpay Unified Portal

Manually enter and process card payments directly from the Valpay portal.

Overview

The Virtual Terminal allows you to manually enter card payments directly in the Valpay Unified Portal. This feature is controlled by user permissions — it only appears for authorized accounts.

Key benefits and use cases

  • Collect a payment quickly without using a physical terminal

  • Process MOTO (Mail Order / Telephone Order) payments

  • Use previously saved cards

  • Strengthen security through CVC and billing address controls

  • Centralize payments in the same portal as your other transactions

How to use the Virtual Terminal

  2. If multiple currencies are available, select the currency to use
