Some features in the ProgressionLIVE application may require access to your device's location services.
If location access is not granted, certain GPS-related functions may not work as expected.
On Your Phone
1. Open Settings
Open your Android phone's Settings and select Apps.
2. Select the ProgressionLIVE Application
From the list of installed applications, tap ProgressionLIVE.
3. Open Location Permissions
Tap Permissions, then select Location.
4. Allow Location Access
Select Allow only while using the app.
Location services are now enabled for the ProgressionLIVE application.
Is GPS Still Not Working?
If location services still do not appear to be working:
Verify that location services are enabled on your Android device.
Make sure the ProgressionLIVE application is up to date.
Completely close and reopen the application.
Restart your device.
If the issue persists, contact your administrator or ProgressionLIVE Support.
