🎯 Purpose
In ProgressionLIVE, a user session is automatically locked when an incorrect password is entered multiple times, whether on the web platform or the mobile app.
Once locked, the user cannot log in again until the session is unlocked by an account administrator.
🔐 How to identify a locked session
A padlock icon appears next to the user
The icon is visible in: Management > Users
It is only visible on ProgressionLIVE Web version
✅ Who can unlock a session?
All ProgressionLIVE account administrators
Non-admin users cannot perform this action
Open user management
Open ProgressionLIVE
Go to Management > Users
Locate the locked user
Find the user displaying a padlock icon
The icon indicates the account is locked
Unlock the session
Click directly on the padlock
A confirmation window appears
Confirm the action
Click Yes
✅ The user can immediately log back into ProgressionLIVE using the correct password.
ℹ️ Good to know
The lock is an automatic security measure
Unlocking the session does not affect any data
If this happens frequently:
Make sure the user is using the correct password
Consider a password reset
