How to Use the Email Reply Feature on Project Casting

What’s New?

The Email Reply Feature allows both companies and talent to respond directly to messages via email — no need to log in to the website or open the Messenger app. All replies are automatically synced and stored within your Project Casting Messenger account.

Key Benefits

  • Improved response times between talent and casting professionals

  • Email and web messaging fully synchronized

How It Works

For Companies

  • When a company receives a new application or message from a talent, an email notification is sent.

  • The company can simply reply to the email, and the message will be delivered instantly to the talent’s Messenger and inbox.

For Talent

  • Talent can respond to casting messages via:

    • The Messenger tab on Project Casting, or

    • By replying directly to the email notification.

  • Either method will store the message thread in your Messenger history.

Where Are Messages Stored?

All messages — regardless of where they are sent or received (web, app, or email) — are synced and accessible under the Messages tab in your Project Casting dashboard.

Getting Started

There is no setup required — this feature is already live.

  • When you receive a message from Project Casting, just click Reply in your email.

  • Your response will be instantly delivered and automatically synced into your Messenger thread on the platform.
