How It Works
For Companies
When a company receives a new application or message from a talent, an email notification is sent.
The company can simply reply to the email, and the message will be delivered instantly to the talent’s Messenger and inbox.
For Talent
Talent can respond to casting messages via:
The Messenger tab on Project Casting, or
By replying directly to the email notification.
Either method will store the message thread in your Messenger history.
Where Are Messages Stored?
All messages — regardless of where they are sent or received (web, app, or email) — are synced and accessible under the Messages tab in your Project Casting dashboard.
