To view and edit the next step in an automated campaign, follow these instructions to navigate ProLine’s campaign features and make the necessary changes.

Viewing the Next Step in a Campaign
To view the next step in a campaign, begin by navigating to any project in ProLine and click on it to view its details.
In the project view, scroll down and click on View Campaigns. A pop-up will appear displaying the main contact's name and their current campaigns.
Identify the campaign you are interested in. The status (paused or active) is indicated by a pause or play button next to the campaign name. Locate the next step for the contact, which will be displayed with a date and time.

Email messages
To edit email messages, locate the email communication step in the campaign view. Click on Edit Email to expand the email content and then make changes to the email content. Modify the subject line and body of the email as needed.
Text Messages
To edit text messages, locate the text message step in the campaign view. Click on Edit Message to expand the text content. Unlike email, text content is displayed directly when expanded. Make any necessary changes directly in the text content.
Always click Save to apply your changes.
To revert to the original messages, use the Revert to Template option.

Click the "New Date" button and select the new date on which you want the upcoming automation to run.

Click the Pause icon (upper right) or pause button to pause a contact/project in the campaign. Click the Opt-in/Out button to opt a contact out of all future messages from any campaign.

To change the next step in a campaign, locate the project in the campaign view and click on Change Step. Select a different step within the same campaign or start a new campaign. Modify the date and time for the next step, if needed. Options to run now, pause, stop, or start a new campaign are available at the bottom of the campaign view.
