This guide provides a comprehensive walkthrough on how to add team members to your ProLine account

Steps to Add a New Team Member

To add a new team member:

  1. Click the Hamburger Menu in the upper left corner > Manage Teams > Add New Team Members to open the team member addition form.

  2. Enter the team member’s name.

  3. Provide their company email address (not a personal email). Set up the email in Google Admin or Office 365 first if necessary.

  4. Add the mobile phone number they’ll be using with ProLine. Nine out of ten times it’s their personal cell. This number won’t be exposed to your customers but it’s essential for sending messages through ProLine.

  5. Choose User Type. More info on user types here.

  6. Choose Permissions. More info on permissions here.

New ProLine users pick a new number through ProLine by default, but it is also possible to port existing phone numbers to ProLine if necessary.
