Teaser: Overview

Teaser keeps a small icon or image visible after a visitor closes a display, letting them reopen it at any time to boost conversions.

Teaser is a feature that displays a small icon, text, or image in the corner of the screen after a visitor closes a display. It gives visitors an easy way to reopen the display at their convenience, helping to recover conversions from those who dismiss displays out of habit.

How it works

After a visitor closes a display, the teaser appears in the corner of the screen. Clicking the teaser reopens the full display. You can also configure the display to reappear automatically after a set time interval.

Key settings

  • Teaser on/off — Switch to teaser mode in the editor and toggle the teaser switch on or off.

  • Display should re-open after — Sets how long after the teaser appears before the full display automatically reopens. Leave blank to require the visitor to manually click the teaser.

Notes

The "After the following time has passed" re-display condition is unavailable when Teaser is enabled.
