If a tenancy isn't syncing, or if a holding deposit isn't reflecting on Reapit as having been paid, this can now be manually synced by using the PMS Update” button, available on Propoly.
Once you have located the deal, open it by clicking “View Deal” at the bottom left-hand side of the property page –
Once this has opened, click on the 3 dots, (located under the map and above the tenancy end date), and please select “PMS Update” from the drop-down menu –
