If you are not currently a Propoly member, schedule a discovery session here to benefit from the Reapit integration:

Step 1: Turn on Reapit Import:

Please speak to your account manager to turn on the ability to import Tenancies on Propoly.

Step 2: Sync all Properties

You can sync all properties, landlords and tenants by clicking the "PMS Sync" on your sidebar.

If you add any new properties, please ensure that you click "PMS Sync' in order for the latest properties to sync

Step 3: Ensure the Property is linked to Reapit

Ensure that the property has "PMS Synced" data to ensure that the property is linked to Reapit.

If you can't find a specific property, you use the Reapit Property ID and search for it in the Propoly global search.

If you can't find the property here then it must not have synced. Please provide the Reapit Property ID to the customer service team and they will look into this for you.

Step 4: Fetching Tenancy:

Click the button called Fetch Tenancy on their property page.

When you click Fetch Tenancy you will be presented with Tenancies on Reapit with the status offerPending or arranging . Once you find the one you would like to import, click import and a new Tenancy will be created which has synced from Reapit:

  • Rent pcm

  • Start Data

  • End Date

  • Tenant(s)

You must ensure that all tenants must have the following info on Reapit in order to be imported into Propoly:

  • Salutation

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Phone number

  • Email Address

Once the deal is imported you can open it by clicking View Deal
