Step 1: Turn on Reapit Import:
Please speak to your account manager to turn on the ability to import Tenancies on Propoly.
Step 2: Sync all Properties
You can sync all properties, landlords and tenants by clicking the "PMS Sync" on your sidebar.
If you add any new properties, please ensure that you click "PMS Sync' in order for the latest properties to sync.
Step 3: Ensure the Property is linked to Reapit
Ensure that the property has "PMS Synced" data to ensure that the property is linked to Reapit.
If you can't find a specific property, you use the Reapit Property ID and search for it in the Propoly global search.
If you can't find the property here then it must not have synced. Please provide the Reapit Property ID to the customer service team and they will look into this for you.
Step 4: Invite Applicant to make an Offer on Propoly.
As you would typically invite an Applicant to make an Offer on Propoly, click Invite Offer
When adding the Applicant/Tenant please ensure that you search for the Tenant and NOT by adding their details manually, as then you will create a new Applicant/Tenant Record rather than using one that has been Synced from Reapit.
Search for the Applicant/Tenant by using either their name or email address. Select the correct one and click Invite Offer. Hereafter, you have now ensured the Property you are inviting an offer is linked to Reapit as well as inviting an Applicant/Tenant that is linked to Reapit. From here on out, Tenancy will be linked to Reapit.
Once the Applicant/Tenant makes an offer it will immediately create on Tenancy record on Reapit with the status Offer Pending
The Tenancy will get updated on Reapit once the Holding Deposit is paid and the status will be updated to Arranging
.
The Tenancy will get updated again on Reapit once the tenancy is executed on Propoly, and we will push all documents in the documents section of Propoly to Reapit as letters against the Tenancy record.
