How to Download Offer Letters as a PDF File

An offer letter is produced within the Propoly Platform whenever a prospective tenant you have invited to apply completes the process of making an offer on a Property. You may wish to download a copy of this offer letter for reference, or to be able to discuss the offer with the Landlord. If so, this article will guide you through the simple steps to download your offer letter as a PDF file.

Step 1: Find the Property in Propoly

To begin, search for the relevant deal in Propoly using the search bar at the top of the screen.

You can search via the street address, or by the Landlord's name or email address. Click on the correct property once you have found it to take you the Property screen.

Step 2: View the Deal

Once you have found the correct property within Propoly, scroll down until you can see the "Tenancy Information" section in the left-hand sidebar. Once you have found it, click on the "View Deal" button.

This will bring you to the Deal screen.

Step 3: Access the Deal Menu

Once you are in the Deal Screen, scroll down until you can see the deal information in the left-hand sidebar. Click on the three vertically aligned dots to the right of "Deal" and above the tenancy end date.

This will open a drop down menu with various options. Find the "View Offer" option, and click on this.

This will take you to the tenancy offer details page.

Step 4: Select "Download PDF"

Once you are on the tenancy offer details page, you will see a button that says "Download as PDF". Click on this button to initiate the download of your tenancy offer PDF.

And that's it! You have successfully downloaded your tenancy offer PDF. You can now view and save the PDF for your records.
