Account Purchase Limit :
Traders may hold a maximum of 10 active accounts per asset class.
This limit applies separately to Futures and Stocks and includes both Intraday and End-of-Day drawdown accounts, with a maximum of 5 accounts per drawdown type.
Overview
PropShopTrader uses a one-time evaluation fee for Gladiator accounts. There are no monthly subscriptions for Gladiator accounts.
When you purchase a Gladiator account, you receive:
A trading account for the selected size and drawdown structure
A Tickblaze trading platform license
Real-time market data via Rithmic
If an account fails or needs to be restarted, traders may purchase a reset, which issues a new trading account.

Reset Options
If a Gladiator account fails or the trader wishes to restart, two reset options are available.
Standard Reset (Option 1)
Issues a new trading account with no preserved Benchmarks.
All balances, trading days, and trading history are reset to their normal starting state.

Benchmark Reset (Option 2)
Issues a new trading account with up to 4 previously earned Benchmarks carried over.
Balances, trading days, and trading history reset to the normal starting state, while the preserved Benchmarks remain attached to the new account.
Benchmark Reset Add-On: Preserve Drawdown Balance (Optional)
Available only with a Benchmark Reset (at checkout).
With this add-on, the new account begins with a higher starting balance so the trailing drawdown is already covered.
This allows the trader to focus directly on Daily (for Intraday accounts) or Weekly (for Swing accounts) Profit Targets and earning Benchmarks, instead of rebuilding the drawdown first.

Card Ownership Requirements
To prevent fraud and chargebacks, payment cards must match the account holder.
Individual accounts
Use your personal credit or debit card.
Company accounts
Use the official company card associated with the registered business.
Not permitted
Using the following cards is prohibited:
a spouse's card
a parent's card
a relative's card
any card not owned by the account holder
Accounts may be forfeited if the cardholder identity does not match the trader's identity.
Coupons and Discounts
Coupons must be applied during checkout.
How to apply a coupon
Add the account to your cart
Proceed to checkout
Enter your coupon code in the “Have a coupon?” field
Click Apply Coupon
If the coupon is valid, the discount will appear in your order total.
Important: Coupons cannot be applied after the purchase is completed.
Multiple Account Purchases
Traders may purchase multiple accounts. If accounts are purchased in a bundle:
the bundle is billed as one payment
each account is issued separately
Taxes and Final Pricing
Depending on your location, applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
The final price is displayed before payment is completed.
Refund Policy
All purchases on PropShopTrader are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the no-refund policy outlined in the platform terms.
