What are the fees, pricing, and billing terms?

Pricing and billing terms for Gladiator accounts. Account purchases and resets are closed as of 2:00 AM EST on August 18, 2026; pricing retained for reference. Includes payment methods and refund policy.

PropShopTrader has entered a strategic partnership with PropAccount. From 2:00 AM EST on August 18, 2026, new account purchases and resets are no longer available on our current infrastructure, and a failed account will not be reset or replaced.

Any sections below describing account purchases, resets, or reset pricing no longer apply. They are retained for reference for accounts purchased before this date.

Existing active accounts continue trading as normal. New evaluation programs will launch on the new infrastructure — a launch date is being finalised.

Overview

PropShopTrader uses a one-time evaluation fee for Gladiator accounts. There are no monthly subscriptions. When you purchase a Gladiator account, you receive:

  • A trading account for the selected size and drawdown structure

  • A Tickblaze trading platform license

  • L1 market data (Non-Professional)

Resets are no longer available. From 2:00 AM EST on August 18, 2026, a failed account cannot be reset or replaced on our current infrastructure. The reset pricing shown in the tables below applied prior to this date and is retained for reference only.

Account purchase limit

Traders are allowed one registered profile (email). Inside that profile:

Futures accounts — maximum 10 total (Light + Forge + Sprint PTSA combined)

  • Gladiator Light & Forge: Up to 5 Intraday accounts (Intraday Trailing + EOD Trailing combined — day trading); Up to 5 Swing accounts

  • Gladiator Sprint (payout accounts): Up to 10 — day-trading only (EOD drawdown). Sprint is its own category and is NOT counted in the Light/Forge 5-Intraday limit

  • Sprint Evaluation accounts: unlimited, not counted (passed evals beyond the cap wait in Reserve)

  • All Light + Forge + Sprint PTSA together cannot exceed 10 Futures

Stock accounts — maximum 10 total: Up to 5 Intraday accounts (Intraday Trailing + EOD Trailing combined); Up to 5 Swing accounts

Maximum accounts per trader: 20 total accounts — up to 10 Futures + up to 10 Stock. Sprint Evaluation accounts are unlimited and excluded from the 20.

Reset options — no longer available

Resets are no longer offered on any account type. From 2:00 AM EST on August 18, 2026, a failed account cannot be reset or replaced on our current infrastructure.

The reset options and pricing described in this article applied prior to that date and are retained for reference only.

Accepted payment methods

Cryptocurrency

Accepted for one-time purchases only. Supported assets include BTC, ETH, USDC, SOL, and others supported by the payment processor.


To pay by cryptocurrency, select Paymid at checkout, then choose Confirmo as your payment method to complete the transaction.

Card ownership requirements

  • Individual accounts: use your personal credit or debit card.

  • Business accounts: use the official company card associated with the registered business.

The following are not permitted:

  • A spouse's card

  • A parent's card

  • A relative's card

  • Any card not owned by the account holder

Accounts may be forfeited if the cardholder identity does not match the trader's identity.

Coupons and discounts

Coupons must be applied during checkout:

  1. Add the account to cart

  2. Proceed to checkout

  3. Enter your coupon code in the "Have a coupon?" field

  4. Click Apply Coupon

If the coupon is valid, the discount appears in your order total. Coupons cannot be applied after the purchase is completed.

Please note: account and reset checkout is closed as of 2:00 AM EST on August 18, 2026. Coupons can no longer be redeemed against accounts or resets.

Account purchases

New account purchases are no longer available on our current infrastructure as of 2:00 AM EST on August 18, 2026. New evaluation programs will launch on the new infrastructure — a launch date is being finalised.

Taxes and final pricing

Depending on your location, applicable taxes may be added at checkout. The final price is displayed before payment is completed.

Refund policy

All purchases on PropShopTrader are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the no-refund policy outlined in the platform terms.
