How to connect

To connect your trading platform:

  1. Visit the Platform & Data page.

  2. Select the platform you want to use.

  3. Open the PST connection guide for that platform.

  4. Follow the setup instructions provided by PST.

  5. Log in using the Rithmic credentials issued with your account.

For the smoothest setup, PST recommends using the official connection guides rather than third-party tutorials.

Main Connection Guides

System compatibility

  • Tickblaze is currently Windows-only.

  • Most Rithmic desktop platforms are designed for Windows.

  • macOS is not officially supported and generally requires a Windows virtual machine or similar workaround.

OneDrive warning

PropShopTrader recommends not running Tickblaze or other trading platforms from OneDrive-synced folders, as cloud syncing can sometimes cause file access conflicts or stability issues.

Trading via Web and Mobile - Coming Soon

Web and mobile trading access is currently under development.
At this time, desktop platforms remain the primary supported trading environment.

Important

Always use the official PropShopTrader connection guides and platform resources when setting up your trading platform to ensure a correct and stable connection.
