Account Changes

The information below will only work if your account has been successfully migrated to the new ePróspera platform.

For account adjustments requiring manual configuration, click the chat bubble on the bottom right of your ePróspera dashboard then specify your modification requests.

Changes in ePróspera come in two types. Account Settings handle everything about your entire ePróspera account. Meanwhile, Residency Settings focus only on the details of your residency record within the account.

Residency Settings

  • Contact Information changes:

    • Email address

    • Physical mailing address

  • Upgrade or Downgrade residency type

  • Termination of residency

Account Settings

Update Login Email

Currently, updating your email address involves a manual configuration process. To create this change, kindly reach out to our support team by opening a conversation through the chat bubble located at the bottom right corner of your screen. Our dedicated support staff will assist you promptly.

Change Password

  • Login to your ePróspera account.

  • On the dashboard, click on your name on the upper right hand side of the screen.

  • Click on Settings.

  • Click on Request Password Change on the Change Password section.

  • An email will be sent to you with a link.

  • Follow the instructions on the email to reset your password.

Change Language

  • Login to your ePróspera account.

  • On the dashboard, click on your name on the upper right hand side of the screen.

  • Click on Settings.

  • Select a language in the Change Language section.

  • Click on Change to save.

Billing / Card Details

  • Login to your ePróspera account.

  • On the dashboard, click on your name on the upper right hand side of the screen.

  • Click on Billing.

  • Under Active Services hover over the resident name or entity name you want to change the billing details for then click on the corresponding Manage Cards button under Payment Methods.

  • You will be redirected to a secure section where you can add or remove card details.

  • Click on Add once you're done filling out the information.

Note: At least one active card must be available at any given time.

Updating your residency photo

To update your residency photo, please contact Support and request to speak with a representative.

In order to ensure consistency and professionalism, your photo must meet the following guidelines:

  • Clear, front-facing headshot (no side angles or exaggerated selfies)

  • Plain background preferred

  • Good lighting (avoid shadows and filters)

  • No group photos or cropped images from social events

File Specifications:

  • Format: JPEG or PNG

  • Max file size: 4.5 MB

Once submitted, updates are typically processed within 24–48 hours.

Cancelling your residency

Manual residency cancellation / termination is unavailable at this time.

  • To cancel your residency, login to your ePróspera account.

  • Click on the chat bubble on the bottom right corner of your screen;

  • Then request termination through our support team.

The residency cancellation process takes 7 days to complete. Please note: if you request to cancel your residency before your renewal date, your residency will automatically end on the 7th day after your cancellation request is submitted.

Even without any active residencies, you will retain access to your account. If there is a need to address tax obligations for the period your residency was active, you will be notified via email.
