TV Mode is designed to present your schedule as a clean, aesthetic digital call board on any standard TV screen or monitor. This format is intended for display in offices, lobbies, or other common areas for accessible team member viewing.

To enter TV Mode and display the current calendar view, click the ... in the upper right hand corner next to Filters to open the drop-down menu, then click TV Mode to view the schedule in full screen. A customizable organization logo will be displayed in the lower left-hand corner. The example below shows the week layout, but TV Mode works with any calendar layout.

When using TV Mode with saved views, a branded QR code will be displayed in the lower left-hand corner. This QR code will link directly to a read-only, auto-updating web version of the displayed schedule. Anyone who scans this code with a mobile phone will have instant access to the schedule on the go.

Each calendar layout has a variety of formatting options. In Week and Day Layouts, you can change the zoom level of the schedule to show fewer or more hours of the schedule at a time. In TV Mode, the schedule will automatically scroll to display all events if they don't all fit on the screen with the current zoom level. You can adjust where the scroll starts and stops by changing the Scroll start and end times.
