Through your business web portal you can set everything up for your calendar.
One your calendar page you can see an overview of classes 1:1 sessions ran, and the number of active members during the time frame set.
One the right side of this page you can see a 'Show Stats of' It is a drop down box that gives you 5 different options

Last 60 Days
Setting the time frame will display class, 1:1 PT and the number active members at a glance.
Note: Below each of the displays shows a '0' in this image. In your overview you may see + or - with a number behind it. This will indicate and increase of decrease of classes or 1:1 sessions ran or number of active members versus the previous time frame set.
With PT Mate you can manage multiple business locations. Head to your Admin page, and find the locations tab to create your locations - https://ptmate.app/admin/locations
If you have different locations you will see a 'Locations' drop down box in the top centre of each page in your business platform. You can filter the location to display specific information from a specific location. By default it will be set to "All locations'.
You can filters according to specific members and trainers, too.
Calendar display options;
All members
All Trainers
Select the member and/or trainer running the sessions to pull up information relevant to the members or trainers' options you select.
Depending on your preference PT Mate offers different calendar views.
Option 1 - Displays the entire month at a time, highlighting the current day. Scroll down to view more calendar dates.
Option 2 - Displays a week at a time, highlighting the current day. Tap the weeks along the top of the calendar to other weeks.
Option 3 - Display each day for all trainers. Tap the weeks along the top of the calendar to other days.
Option 4 - Displays your day. Select other trainers to display their calendars. Tap the weeks along the top of the calendar to other days for the set trainer.
Calendar Attendance for Classes
Using PT Mate to manage your class attendances will also manage your members session credits.
Class Session Attendance
To book in you members to a session.
Open the session that you want to add them to.
On this next page you will see a page where you can add your members to your sessions or manage your members own class bookings.
To add your members in from your business platform you can hit the button option 'Book in a member'. A drop down of all of your members will pop up for you to select.
Then select the member you want booked in.
From your class details page you will see a small clock like icon, this is a button to display your session history. Details of the past 14 days for bookings and cancellations from your members to help you collect data on your sessions.
Once you tap that icon a pop out screen will appear. Here you can see different information that's likely to appear.
For your members that haver booked into a class, you can set 'important notes' to their member profile's with the option to set it to important to display here.
This allows you and your stuff to leave notes to communication different information about your members to one another.
Once a class has ended you will see this orange banner 'Confirm Attendance & Mark Class as Done'. This is to prompt you to mark your session attendance.
Either hit the button in the banner or the 'Confirm Attendance' button at the bottom of the screen.
Select the members you want to confirm attendance for. You can search by name or scroll through the list. Members will display green when selected.
Once you have selected all of your attended members hit the 'Confirm and Mark As Done' to save and confirm their attendance.
for members the booked in but didn't show you have an option to mark and track those details.
Slide over the to 'No Show' tab and select all no show members in orange.
Once you have saved and confirmed your session attendance you will be able to see an overview of your session bookings.
Note: When you do hit the 'Confirm and Mark As Done' button your no show members will be penalized depending on the settings option you have set in your Admin page, Sessions tab.
You have 4 options;
Deduct credits from member's available credits
This is the same as a confirmed session.Charge a no show fee
If you choose this option you will be given an option to set a no show fee rate.Deduct credits and charge fee
A little from option 1 and a little from option 2.
βDon't do anything
This allows you to track no shows but you don't charge them or deduct session= credits from them.
1:1 Availability
Book into session
To book a member into a 1:1 availability session, open the session that you want to book them into.
Select the 'Book in a Member' button and select their name and save to add them to the book in list.
Note: What is the * for? If you have a member with this asterisk by their name it indicates that member has unpaid sessions.
Your members can book themselves in too! From their member apps. They can open the session that they want to book into. There will be a 'book in' button that when they hit will pump them into the session.
Once they're booked in their name will appear where it said '1:1 Availability' before the booking.
Confirm session attendance
To confirm the session, tap the 'Confirm attendance' button option. A pop up will appear of your members list. You member will already be selected so you can confirm and save.
The session credit will be deducted from your member's session pack when you hit 'Confirm Attendance'.
You will be able to see in your member's profile under their 'details' tab you can see the accumulated unpaid session.
When your member has available session credits they will display with a green 'Available' banner or red 'unpaid' banner. You can hit the 'Details' button to manually edit or process a session pack to update available credits.
After you have marked your members session as attended they will be able to rate the session out of 5 and leave session comments.
You can enable or disable this option from your admin page, settings tab under the Sessions settings options https://ptmate.app/admin/settings
