Not all CSV files are created equal. PT Mate looks for common headers, such as "name" or "phone" to create your client list from it.

To avoid surprises we recommend using our template as a starting point.

Spacer rows or columns can cause PT Mate to create empty client entries so try to avoid them in your file.

A header row is needed for PT Mate to identify the data in each column. No header row might result in empty client entries.

You can preview your data on the page before uploading it. This way you make sure it'll be added as expected.
