The Training Plan Builder

PT Mate allows you to create entire training plans and send them to your clients. Plans are divided into training weeks, and you can add multiple programs to each week and day. Note that you can only create training plans on the Trainer Web Portal.

Set up your plan

First name your plan and enter the number of weeks you want it to run for. You can always update these details later as well as add/remove weeks.

Adding programs

You can add or create programs specifically for the training plan by using the buttons on the bottom of each day. Each day can have none, one or multiple programs.

Adding or removing weeks

You can always add or remove weeks. Note that removing a week will automatically delete your assigned programs.
