PT Mate allows you to process payments and charge your clients, powered by Stripe. Alternatively, you can log cash payments and keep your client records up to date.

You can see your recent payments in the Billing tab as well as clients with unpaid sessions so you can charge them accordingly.

The Billing tab within your clients' details provides information about their recent payments.

You can process a payment from your overview, client details or Billing page. Simply select a client, product to charge and - in case they don't have any card on file yet - enter your client's details.

PT Mate will store the card details securely for future payments and you (or your client) can remove them any time if you wish to do so.

You can choose between packs of sessions or other product to charge your clients. Packs of sessions top up the available sessions of your client, and every time they attend a session, PT Mate will automatically deduct a session from their pack.

You can access your payment receipts from your payments list and send them to your clients. Note that if they use the client app, they will automatically receive a receipt as well.
