Inventory synchronisation between PULPO WMS and plentymarkets takes place exclusively from PULPO WMS to Plentymarkets. Never in the opposite direction. Stock changes may therefore only be made in PULPO WMS.

Important: Therefore, changes to stock made in plentymarkets will result in incorrect or missing stock.

Stocks are transferred from PULPO WMS to plentymarkets based on events. E.g. when posting a goods issue or goods receipt in PULPO WMS, a message is transferred to plentymarkets regarding the stock change.

Important: PULPO WMS reports only one delta at a time to plentymarkets, e.g. "-1" if 1 product was shipped.

The following steps are required to create a stock synchronisation:

  1. Naming the integration.

  2. Selecting the type of stock.

  3. Access data source system: Since a transfer from PULPO WMS to plentymarkets takes place here, the PULPO WMS API user must be selected.

  4. Target system access data: The plentymarkets API user must be selected here.

  5. Creating the integration

All events should be activated for editing in the further settings:

With each stock-changing event in PULPO WMS, the stock in plentymarkets is now adjusted.

Tip: This explains how to start an integration manually.
