Often a label is missing from the delivered goods in the incoming goods department or a label is accidentally lost in the warehouse because it is scratched or similar.
PULPO WMS offers several possibilities to reprint product labels with barcodes:
Printout via PULPO WMS Android App
Printout directly in goods receipt
Printout via PULPO WMS warehouse control centre
Printout via PULPO WMS Android App:
A product label can be generated in the PULPO WMS app at any time. This requires that the Android app can reach a printer in the network. You can read more about this here:
The following steps are necessary to print a label:
1.In the side menu of the app, go to the "Print" menu and select "Print label".
2.In the following screen, an article barcode can be scanned in the barcode field or, for a manual search, the loupe can be tapped to search for the product by name. The products found are displayed at the bottom of the list, the product for which a label is to be printed must be tapped. Then you can confirm with "Done".
3.As a consequence, the print screen opens and a label can be printed. The recommended label size is 10x15 or minimally smaller.
Printout directly in incoming goods
In the PULPO WMS app, a product label can also be generated directly in the goods receipt. The requirements for this are the same as described here.
1.Printing a product label when receiving goods against an order
If the goods receipt in PULPO WMS is received against an order, a label can be printed for each product in the order from the app in a flash by swiping the respective product to the left:

If the goods receipt is booked freely in PULPO WMS, i.e. without a supplier order, the product must first be identified by entering/scanning the barcode. If there is no barcode on the goods, this can be done, for example, by entering the barcode manually:
Once the product is identified, a label can also be generated by tabbing on the product name:

Printout via PULPO WMS Web Application
Product labels can also be printed out in the PULPO WMS warehouse control centre. To access the function, select the entry "Incoming goods" in the side menu and then the third tab "Print labels". In this window, a product can be searched for and selected. On the right-hand side, a button "Print" appears with which the label shown can be printed:
