Here we go, you are about to start the self-onboarding process!
Make sure you have the following information and credentials for your onboarding to be quick and easy.
Make sure the following steps are finished before you start.
PULPO WMS credentials
Instruction (well, you are reading it now).
Test tenant credentials ({tenant}_user1)
API user credentials ({tenant}_apiuser)
Warehouse preparations
Make sure the devices are working properly, and the product barcodes are scannable
Print out labels and label your warehouse positions.
Shopify data preparations
Make sure all the products on Shopify have SKUs, barcodes, and weights. If some are missing, add them.
PULPO WMS requires product barcodes to import the products from Shopify.
Failing to add the barcodes will result in failed product imports and sales orders imports.
Set the products to active on Shopify
Make sure the products are stocked in the location that will be synchronised with PULPO WMS
Make sure the name of the warehouse in PULPO WMS matches the name of the location in Shopify
Add tags to the serial-type and lot-type products in Shopify as described in this article.
After finishing preparing the product data, install the PULPO WMS Connector App in your Shopify store.
