More Sophisticated Reporting now Available in CORE

Updated today

The Automated Reports and Custom Dashboards functionality in CORE has been a hit with CORE clients; we’ve seen great adoption and have gathered lots of feedback from users in terms of what they would like to see next. Much like TRAC, reporting on CORE has become an integral part of our clients’ workflow, and as such we have invested a significant amount of time these past couple of months to enhance this reporting functionality.

Here’s what’s new to CORE Dashboards:

Custom charts with expanded metrics

We’ve now made it easier to create custom charts with an expanded set of metrics, enabling deeper insights and more flexible reporting. Users can now report on not just Volume, but also on metrics like Engagements, Visibility, Impressions, etc. This provides more ways to report your performance with options that can be tailored to your specific performance goals.

The full list of metrics you can now choose to report on is as follows

  • Engagements

  • Impressions

  • Visibility

  • Engagement Rate

  • Reach (for private profiles)

  • Video Reach (for private profiles)

These expanded metrics give you greater control over how you visualize performance, making it possible to highlight the trends and KPIs that matter most to your goals. Whether you’re tracking campaign effectiveness, audience reach, or engagement quality, custom charts now provide the flexibility to tell a clearer story with your data.

Profile filtering in custom charts

Our Custom charts functionality already gives users powerful ways to customize how they want to visualise their data, beyond the standard set of charts available in CORE. And now we’ve taken that a step further! We’ve now added profile-level filtering, allowing users to create custom segments for individual profiles or all profiles within a brand. This enhancement makes it easier to perform sophisticated analyses across brands and brandsets, enabling more precise comparisons and insights.

With the new profile filter, you can:

  • Compare profiles side by side to better understand how each contributes to overall performance.

  • Build custom segments that group all brand profiles for a holistic view.

  • Conduct Brand and Brandset analysis with greater ease, precision, and flexibility.

Whether you’re looking to spotlight a single profile’s performance or evaluate multiple profiles as a unified set, this update streamlines the process and empowers you to create more tailored, insightful visualizations.

Profile comparisons in Key Performance Metrics charts

We’ve enhanced the Key Performance Metrics charts in Audience and Content sections to give users a clearer, more comprehensive view when analyzing multiple profiles. Now, when more than one profile is selected, the chart is available in a table format, making it easier to compare performance across profiles at a glance as opposed to having an aggregated view.

This update allows you to:

  • See all key Audience or Content metrics in one place for faster, more efficient analysis.

  • Quickly assess performance across your owned media and competitors side by side.

  • Identify trends and outliers with a format designed for easy comparison and decision-making.

Custom Time Period Comparisons in Charts

Understanding performance in context is crucial, especially when evaluating seasonal campaigns or competitor activity. To support this, we’ve introduced custom time period comparisons in charts, giving CORE users greater flexibility in analyzing results over time.

With this update, you can:

  • Compare channel performance across custom date ranges, beyond standard presets.

  • Review seasonal campaigns such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Veganuary against one another.

  • Benchmark competitor performance during specific periods that matter most to your business.

This feature is available in over-time line charts and allows analysis for one profile at a time, ensuring accurate and focused comparisons.

By supporting custom time period comparisons, we’re making it easier for you to evaluate past campaigns, spot seasonal trends, and make data-driven decisions for future activity.

Increased profile limit in custom charts

Users can now select up to 50 profiles or 10 brands when building custom or standard charts; a significant increase from the previous limit of 10 profiles or 4 brands. This improvement allows for broader comparisons across larger brandsets, making it easier to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and generate actionable insights.

With this update, you no longer need to create multiple charts to analyze larger brands or brandsets, streamlining your workflow and saving time. Whether you’re tracking performance across multiple profiles or evaluating the impact of different brands simultaneously, the increased limits provide the flexibility needed for deeper, more efficient analysis.

We hope you’ll enjoy the new updates to CORE Dashboards. They’re designed to help you analyze performance more deeply, visualize data more flexibly, and make more confident decisions. As always, we’re committed to evolving the product with your needs in mind and welcome your feedback on what you’d like to see next.
