Staying on top of your Data Usage is an important part of managing your workflows in Pulsar.
In this article we are providing a walkthrough on how to manage your Data Usage.

Monthly Data Usage

In order to see a summary of how much data your team has used within a given month, click the 'cog icon' in the top left hand corner.

You will be greeted with the Team Info page. Here, if you have TRAC selected, you can see a breakdown of your monthly data usage split by historic and realtime mentions. You can also see when historic and realtime data has been used throughout the month - If you hover over each node, you will see the exact number of mentions used on that day. Next to the chart you can also see the date when your monthly data allowance will refresh.

Under the chart you will get further details about your subscription, including total monthly allowance and what kind of plan you have (mention or search based)

Search Specific Data Usage

If you are curious about the data used for specific searches, you can use the table near the bottom of the page to search for and filter through your searches. This can also be exported.
