  • Learn how to delete irrelevant posts from your TRAC searches and restore previously deleted posts.


If there are some results in your search that you don't wish to be included in your report you can simply delete them.


When you delete posts from Pulsar it takes a few minutes for the Pulsar results page to update, depending on the amount of posts you have deleted.

Steps to deleting posts from your Results page

  1. Go to the Feed tab and click on Results

  2. Either select the post/s you wish to delete or click the Select All button as shown in the image above to highlight everything

  3. Click the Trash icon

  4. The deleted post will shortly appear in the Trash tab

Steps to restoring deleted posts

  1. Go to the Feed and click on Trash

  2. Either select the post/s you wish to recover or click the Select All button to highlight all of the posts

  3. Click the Restore icon

  4. The restored post/s will shortly appear in the Results tab

🚨Important: Visualisations in the dashboard may take awhile to reflect the changes for example, graphs shown in the Content tab. The results will be removed over the course of the next few minutes or a little longer depending on data volumes.
