These support programs allow patients to order a container directly through PureWay:

    • Novo Customer Complaint Program (US & CAN)

    • Novo Trial

  • Celltrion USA Programs:

    • Remsima

    • Yuflyma

    • Zymfentra

    • SteQeyma

    • Adalimumab

These brands are marked with "Yes" under the column "Can Patient Re-Order through PureWay Directly?" in the reference sheet.


📞 Programs That Must Go Through the Medication Brand Call Center

Patients enrolled in the above-mentioned programs must contact the medication’s brand-specific call center for PureWay container requests:

  • Amgen Programs:

    • Aimovig

    • Amjevita

    • Enbrel

    • Neulasta

    • Repatha

  • Eli Lilly Programs:

    • Omvoh

    • Ebglyss

    • Taltz

    • Taltz (Pediatrics)

  • Novartis

  • Sandoz

These brands are marked "No" for direct reorder access through PureWay.


⏳ Container Issuance Policy

All patient support programs, regardless of request method, follow this standard issue restriction:

  • Only one container can be issued at a time

  • Reorders are only allowed once every 90 days
