Pickup Reschedule

If you’re returning a PureWay Sharps Disposal by Mail system, your package is collected by USPS. Changing your pickup date is easy, follow these steps to reschedule your mail system or large waste box pickup.

To reschedule your USPS pickup:

  1. Enter your address, select a new pickup date, and submit the request.

Be sure to:

  • Use the original prepaid return label.

  • Seal the package properly.

  • Place it in your regular mail pickup location or follow USPS instructions.


Rescheduling a Waste Pickup

If you’re rescheduling a large waste box pickup, please contact us directly so we can coordinate with our operations team.

We’ll need the following information:

  • Your name and business name (if applicable)

  • Pickup address

  • Type of waste being returned

  • Original pickup date (if scheduled)

  • Preferred new pickup date

  • Any special instructions for site access

Note: Once we receive this information, our team will confirm the new pickup date within 1–2 business days.
