This guide covers how to schedule a pickup, request a shipping label, and track your order to help ensure a smooth and timely return or delivery process.
Scheduling a Pickup
Your mail-back system includes a QR code located on Flap 1. You can use this QR code to easily schedule a pickup or access other shipping support options. To schedule a pickup using the QR code:
Scan the QR code on Flap 1 of the mail-back system.
You will be directed to the PureWay Compliance Customer Support page.
Click Shipping Assistance (Schedule Pickup, Label Request).
You will then be taken to the Shipping Assistance page.
From there, you can choose one of the following options:

Request a Shipping Label
Need Help Tracking Your Order
Schedule a USPS Pickup
If you are unable to drop off your package, you can schedule a pickup by visiting here and completing the request form. Alternatively, you may schedule a pickup directly with the courier:
USPS
Schedule a pickup through the USPS Pickup service.
USPS or FedEx
Schedule a pickup by contacting customer support at 877-765-3030.
Requesting a Shipping Label
Your system includes a prepaid return shipping label. Follow the instructions provided with your system to locate the label.
Note:
If you cannot locate your prepaid return label, request a new one by filling out the form at Shipping Label Request.
Be sure to provide the required details, including your company name, contact information, and product details.
Tracking Orders
If you provided an email address when placing your order, you will receive automated tracking updates from noreply@pureway.com, which include your order number and tracking number. If you do not see the tracking email:

Please check your spam or junk folder.
If you still cannot locate it, visit the tracking portal and enter your order number and email address to view the latest tracking information.
