If certain objectives, activities or sub-activities are not relevant to your partner, you can choose to mute them. You can also unmute them if they are relevant.

Click on 'Show muted items'
Circles with the ’➖’ sign appear on the left of all unmuted plans, objectives and (sub)activities, circles with the '➕' sign appear on the left of all muted plans, objectives and (sub)activities
Click on the circle of each plan, objective, activity or sub-activity you want to (un)mute
All (un)muted items are now greyed out
Click again on the 'Show muted items' switch. All muted activities are hidden from the specific account/partner

To unmute items:
Click on 'Show muted items'
All muted items are greyed out. Click on the circle on the left of the plans, objectives or (sub)activities you want to unmute
Click again on the 'Show muted items'-switch. All unmuted plans, objectives or (sub)activities are visible again.
