We understand the importance of exporting data as a starting point to build your own graphs and perform any further calculations you might need. From now on, you will be able to export the data of an objective, activity, and sub-activity to an Excel file.

The Excel file will contain the realized, target, and traffic lights of a specific objective, activity, or sub-activity for all accounts assigned to it and for all the milestones available for that objective.

How does it work?

Step 1: Click on the Measure tab in Qollabi.

Step 2: Place your mouse over an objective, activity, or sub-activity to see the export button. Then, click on the export button for the objective that you want to export.

  • Pro tip: Data can be exported from Measure’s general view (list of plans) or the detailed view inside of each objective, activity, or sub-activity.

Step 3: A modal with a summary of the exported objective will appear after you click the export button – this contains the name of the objective and the timeframe which will be exported. Click on the Generate file button.

Step 4: After a few seconds, you will get a confirmation message indicating that your file has been generated successfully. Once you see that, click on the Download file button.

Step 5: Open your Excel file and start analyzing the desired data.

❗️Please note that you will get the information as you visualize it on your screen. In that sense, you can export the original view or customize what will be exported by applying some filters.
