This feature allows users to edit objectives, activities, and sub-activities based on their permissions. The admin is responsible for setting which roles have permission to edit the objectives.

Who can set the permissions?

Users with the admin role can select which roles can edit objectives, activities, and sub-activities when creating or editing a task.

How does it work?

As an admin user, you can choose which roles can edit a specific objective by using the new section at the bottom of the objective slider.

All users can be (de)selected as desired. If all users are deselected, only the admin can edit the objective.

You'll see a confirmation message that summarizes the roles selected to edit the objective.

Which roles can have permission to edit an objective?

  • Admin (selected by default and cannot be removed for technical reasons)

  • Account Manager

  • Sales Manager

  • Partner

By default, the admin, account manager, and sales manager roles are preselected for every objective, activity, and sub-activity created.

The account manager, sales manager, and partner roles can be selected or deselected as needed.

What parts of the objective can be edited by selected user roles?

Once a role has been selected, all users with that role will have permission to edit the realized, target, traffic lights, and custom objective fields of that specific objective from the following pages in Qollabi:

  • Account List

  • Account Page

  • Shared Space

  • Milestone Slider from the Account Page

Note that partners currently only have access to the Shared Space but can modify the realized, target, traffic lights, and custom objective fields of the objective.
