Assigning responsibilities can help ensure that everyone on your team knows who is responsible for which tasks, making collaboration and accountability easier. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to assign responsibles to objectives, activities, and sub-activities in your account.

How does it work?

Log in to your Qollabi account and navigate to the objective, activity, or sub-activity to which you want to assign a responsible.

On the right side of the plan table, you'll see a "Responsible" column. Click on the "Add responsible" icon to open the assignees modal.

In the assignees modal, you'll see a list of all the users who have access to that specific account. You can search for a user by name or scroll through the list to find the person you want to assign.

Once you've found the user you want to assign, click on their name to select them. You can assign multiple users to the same OKR if needed.

After you've selected all the users you want to assign, click anywhere on the screen to close the assignees modal.

The users you assigned will now be listed under the "Responsible" column. They will also be able to see that they have been assigned to that task when they view it.

Who can I assign?

You can assign anyone who has access to this account, including the partners you have invited to your shared space.

That's it! With this feature, you can now easily assign responsibles to OKRs in Qollabi and ensure everyone knows who is responsible for what.
