Qollabi offers four roles: Partner, Account Manager, Sales Manager, and Viewer. Each role has distinct responsibilities and access levels within the platform.
Partner
As a partner, you have access to the shared space assigned to your business in Qollabi. The account manager of your Qollabi environment can create and assign plans to you, which will be visible within your shared space.
When logged in to your shared space, you can directly have an overview of the plans, Objectives, and (sub)activities.
As a partner, you can also Assign responsible(s) to objectives and (sub)activities, add data to plans, and switch between reporting periods (if enabled by your account manager).
Account Manager
Account Managers are responsible for managing several accounts. They can create plans, objectives, and (sub)activities. They collaborate with their partners through shared spaces, track progress, and update plans as needed.
Sales Managers
Sales Managers are responsible for Account Managers. They can create and manage different plans and objectives and collaborate with their AMs.
Viewer
A Viewer has a more limited role focused on observing and accessing data.
If enabled by an Account Manager or Sales Manager, Viewers can see certain plans, objectives, and (sub)activities.
