Firstly, go to the contractor page, then when on the screen, you should see a button in the top right of the screen called "Select and Push to MDA". If you do not see this, it may be that you haven't saved your API Defaults so please go back to the MDA Integration screen and check this.
Here, it will ask you to choose the supplier you wish to push contractor data to. Once selected, click "submit". Please note, only contractors with an email address will show as able to be pushed through.
Upon clicking "Load", you should see a list of all eligible contractor records that are able to be pushed through.
You can use the tick box in the dark blue bar next to "contractor name", to select all workers, or you can select the white box next to the actual contractor's names, to select individual workers.
Please select the worker(s) you wish to push through and click "Push Selected to Queue List"
Now, a box should pop up asking you to choose a "push label", this is a free text box and can be anything you wish, it will show in your queue list so you can identify groups or individuals you have sent to the suppliers. Once you are happy with your label, click the button that says "push".
