There are two reports for Compliance to enable Organisation Users to view current Compliance Status for Contractors and Clients, the other is to view which renewable compliance documents are due to expire.
To access the Compliance Reports, navigate to the Reports area via the grid-menu
Compliance Report
This is a basic compliance report that allows Organisation user to view the compliance status of Contractors and clients
User Role: Mandatory – select to view Contractors or Clients
User Compliance Status: Mandatory; select the status to be viewed, there is the option to view all, or report user may just want to view any outstanding
Press DOWNLOAD
The report is generated to view the compliance status of Contractors, which can be used by Organisation to view compliance outstanding with ease.
Compliance Renewable Report
Run this report to look for compliance items that are expiring within a date range, for example, it may be an idea at the start of December to view all Contractors who have compliance items that are due to expire in January, then the Organisation is able to request these ahead of time to ensure DBS, Licences, Contracts, etc. are kept up-to-date and the Organisation is compliant with legislative and internal process requirements.
User Role: Mandatory – select to view Contractors or Clients
Expires in: Select from next 30, 60 or 90 days. Or within a date range
Press DOWNLOAD
An Excel spreadsheet is then generated with the search results so Organisation users can see with ease what compliance items are due to expire in the selected date range
