Password Reset Functionality (Agency Admin)
The Password Reset feature is designed for the Agency Admin role, offering a critical tool for assisting external users with their login credentials. This feature is not available to other system roles.
Key Capabilities:
Scope of Access: Agency Admin can reset passwords and set usernames for internal and external users, addressing issues with credential creation or reset.
User Interface: A dedicated "Manage User" screen includes:
User Search Filter: Allows searching for users to update their details.
User Listing: Displays internal and external users with access, enabling credential management.
MFA Management: Includes an MFA reset filter to enhance security.
Username/Password Management:
Agency Admins can set new passwords and usernames, automatically deleting old credentials to ensure secure access with updated information.
Practical Use Case:
When external users face difficulties setting passwords, Agency Admins can swiftly manage and share new credentials securely, enhancing both user experience and system security.
Change Expense Authoriser
The Change Expense Authoriser feature enables the update of the expense authoriser based on assignment changes, even after submission.
Key Features:
Update Authoriser: The expense authoriser can be updated when the expense is in Draft or Awaiting Authorisation status.
New Client User Assignment: A new client user added to the assignment settings will be reflected as the authoriser for any applicable expenses.
This feature ensures that expense authorisation remains accurate and up-to-date.
Invoice Report Updates
New Job Title Column: A new Job Title column has been added to the Sales Ledger Report, displaying data from the assignment and timesheet for better visibility.
Consolidated Sales Ledger Report Enhancements:
Updated Column Display: The column is now showing the first consultant label created in the assignment.
When the Group by client or contractor option is selected, invoices are grouped by the first assignment created, including the first consultant label.
VAT Rounding Enhancement (Remittance)
The VAT rounding issue between remittance and reports/PDFs has been addressed. VAT is now rounded per line item and then summed, ensuring consistency across documents. This applies even when a PEO uplift is involved.
Additional Features
When rejecting or deleting a timesheet any associated Purchase Order will be unlinked as to not utilise the Purchase Order amounts.
Agency Admin can now delete/reject timesheets in all statuses with linked Purchase Orders, automatically adjusting the Purchase Order accordingly.
A filter for unmapped expenses from timesheets has been added to enable the Agency Users easier visibility on which expenses are yet to be submitted against a timesheet.
The due date is now included in the invoice mail based on the payment terms within the Client settings.
